So what is the topic de jure today?

Well, and what will it be probably the next week or so, the inevitable, as we predicted about a year ago, Zillow truly a merger.

We knew that there were merger talks going on.

We've been telling all the coaching students to expect that to happen. So now what everyone wants to know is how is that going to affect my real estate

business. Today's radio show and probably tomorrow's radio show and maybe even Wednesday's radio show,

we're going to focus on just that question. How will the Zillow-Trulya merger affect your business?

Will be good, bad, or does it really matter?

So get ready to take pages of great notes.

We're going to get into frankly more detail than maybe some of you want to hear about why this does matter.

And frankly, if you are still stuck in the buying buyer leads hamster wheel, why this is the time, you know, maybe even better
