Welcome to slow more. In 1971, Zef Siegel and two of his partners started what became Starbucks.

At the time, he was a teacher that went through a special experience

that ignited a little bit of passion for coffee.

The mission was simple from their first storefront in Seattle, Pike Place, if you're following

Starbucks, they wanted to have the world finest fresh hosted coffee, but also wanted to have a customer

experience that would bring the customers back over and over again.

Zeph and his partners sold Starbucks around 10 maybe 15 years later

and since then he's been busy touring the world helping entrepreneurs to find their

passion and become successful.

If you know anything about me at all, you know, I'm a huge coffee fan.

So while I'm interested to understand Zef's approach to entrepreneurship,

and I'm going to try really hard not to talk about coffee. I think that's going to be a little hard for me.

So maybe a bit of a coffee chat and then the rest is business.
