since my last episode. So last time we talked, you were starting to build momentum.

What has changed today and has really impacted you most about your investing strategy?

Honestly, I think what has changed was really just waiting for divine timing to unfold was huge. I think getting in the rooms with the right people who were doing what I want to be

doing is huge. Last time we talked, I think I had just gotten closed on my first larger multifamily,

which to me was large. It was 13 units. That was the biggest deal I did so far. And just recently, I closed on my 50th unit, which was my big,
