I'm so sorry I don't have a new episode this week.

To be honest with you, I just am so overwhelmed with Sketchfest stuff and with some unfortunate family stuff that's going on

health-wise that I just have not had the kind of time that I would normally make sure I

had to record but I am very optimistic that I will have a new episode for you next week.

It is a priority. But for this intro and for next week's intro I wanted to make sure I put

out there that we will be doing once again the

JV Club gift club.

So it's the JV Gift Club 2017.

Here's the information.

If you want to participate in the JV Gift Club, you need to send an email to

Chris, which is Chris at Christopher Royce.com, that's Chris, I S at Chrr I S, T, December 15th with your name and a mailing address.

Then you would be, once you're enrolled in our program, you'd pick up a copy, new or used, of one of your favorite books from when you were a teen,

and don't forget to factor in shipping costs when you shop.

And then on Sunday, December 17th, you will receive a name and address to send your book to,

and you can send a little note, or something like that to go along with it.

You know I had this interesting thing happen when I saw my dad when I was home in Tucson for a couple of weeks

very recently he had this envelope from someone I cannot figure out who the heck

it is but it was sent to his house in like 1997 when I was no longer living at home and it is someone returning one of my

copies of a diamond in the window which is next to a wrinkle in time my

other all-time favorite book when I was a kid.

And so, it's this weird mystery where like I have no idea who I lent it to,
