0:30.1	Zion, the holy hill of God, and everything was going to be great. Well, the other side of that is
0:35.3	this prophecy here, judgment on Israel's enemies.
0:38.6	Chapter 9. A prophecy. The word of the Lord is against the land of Hadrach, and will come to rest on
0:44.6	Damascus, for the eyes of all people and all the tribes of Israel are on the Lord, and on Hamath
0:50.7	2, which borders on it, and on Tyre and Sidon, though they are very skillful.
0:56.1	Tyre has built herself a stronghold.
0:58.2	She has heaped up silver like dust and gold like dirt of the streets.
1:02.8	But the Lord will take away her possessions and destroy her power on the sea, and she will be consumed by fire.
1:10.1	Ashkelon will see it in fear, Gaza will writhe in agony, and Ekron too, and she will be consumed by fire. Ashkelon will see it in fear. Gaza will rithe in agony,
1:13.8	and Ekron too, for her hope will wither. Gaza will lose her king and Ashkelon will be deserted.
1:20.4	A mongrel people will occupy Ashdod, and I will put an end to the pride of the Philistines.
1:25.9	I will take the blood from their mouths.
1:28.1	The forbidden fruit from between their teeth, those who are left will belong to our God and become
1:33.5	a clan in Judah. And Ekron will be like the Jebusites, but I will encamp at my temple to guard
1:39.9	against marauding forces. Never again will an oppressor overrun my people. For now, I am
1:45.3	keeping watch. So lots of not good things are going to happen to the neighbors of Israel,
1:51.7	according to the prophecy here in Zechariah. One of the ones that's interesting is we're talking
1:57.1	about Tyrant Sid and Tyrant Sid and would be old Phoenicians, would be old Canaanite cities, but they are also Phoenician cities.
2:04.8	That's how we would know them in common history.
