All right, on today's episode, we are going to have a little bit of a reflection and talk to

large and talk to him about where he was on 9-11, how he and his family were affected. And we will

get to that conversation momentarily. But first, Kate. Yeah, it's a special month for us because

Starbucks is sponsoring zero block 30 all month long. Chaps and I are going on a trip later this month.

But Starbucks, it's not really an ad to sell you anything. Starbucks just wants you to know that

they're here for veterans. They are hiring. They've hired over 17,000 veterans in military

spouses since 2013. And they're looking to increase that commitment to 25,000 by 2025.

They've partnered with Team Red, White and Blue, Team Rubicon and the Michigan continues

as a way for people to honor and serve with veterans and military spouses. Starbucks has 45

military family stores and military communities across America with 132 by 2022. And military

family stores are a place where our veteran community can work, unwind and connect. These stores

and others host military Mondays where local veteran service organizations provide transition

and guidance information. And another thing I think is cool, there's a lot of focused on our

veterans after they transition. But I don't see too much about military spouses and Starbucks is

addressing that. They serve the dedicated military spouse community by providing meaningful career

opportunities and they can join any store across the country where the family is transferred. So

this past year alone, they've donated 2.5 million cups to deploy service members. They're playing a

vital role in strengthening communities through leadership, service and active civic engagement.
