0:07.6	taking you to the finish line that is the finale of Zack's season. It's crazy that we are
0:14.7	already here. I feel like this season at times has just flew by and at times it seemed extra
0:20.7	long, but we made it and today we will have a very fun episode because we are sitting down
0:27.1	with the newest Bad Shred nation couple Zack and Katie together for well not the first time
0:32.0	because they obviously did the finale, but one of the first interviews with this happy couple.
0:37.2	So we're excited to hear from them all about their experience, how life has been after filming,
0:43.5	and hopefully get some plans, some juicy details for their future as Fion says they can finally
0:51.7	say that I'm sure it feels great for them. So before we bring them on, we're not going to do a
0:57.6	full recap today only because obviously we have the couple with us. They lived it, they were there,
1:03.2	they can give us their first hand experience of everything that went down during that crazy week,
1:08.4	but when I was watching this final episode, I was just going down memory lane remembering
1:14.7	how I was feeling during that last week with emotions and such strong feelings between two people.
1:21.2	It's never easy like that week truly is. It's one of like the happiest times, but it's also
1:28.5	at the same exact time, one of the most stressful anxiety ridden really sad times because you not
1:36.5	only are hopefully starting your new life with your partner, but you're also saying goodbye to
1:41.7	somebody that you have been falling in love with and it's a really weird juxtaposition that
1:48.2	you can find yourself in. And so Zach is one of the the few leads who had to experience all of
1:54.0	that craziness. So we will get his experience first hand once we bring them on. But before that,
2:01.5	we'll just do a little fun catch up for all of you listeners. I have some fun news to share.
