How's the off season been for you?

It's been great, honestly. It's been one of my best off seasons I think in my career. I've loved the whole

entire off season program when we had OTA's mini camp and then we've stayed out here all summer training being at the facility every day.

So I think it's been a great off season so far.

Yeah, so like I think for people at home like what makes a good off season?

Like is it just the type of training

or how the body's feeling especially for a guy like at your point in the career?

Yeah I think a lot of it is how you end the last season and how your body feels going

into the off season really the past two years I've had to do a rehab

primarily in the off season just to get back to square one as you know in this

off season. Obviously last year in Arizona was what it was and I was able to go into this

off season fully healthy for the first time in a while.

And so I was really able to focus on being the best version of myself, getting as explosive as I can,

being as detailed as I can in the run game and the past game.
