So I'm going to tell you a story and before I tell you this story I have to say don't worry about me I am

fine I know that my sweet listeners are gonna be concerned when I tell you this but everything is okay

but my car got stolen and

The funny part about this is that of everyone in my life the person who is least upset about my car getting stolen is me. I'm surrounded by these, I'm so lucky to be surrounded by people who love me and I tell them this,

sometimes in the middle of a conversation because I'll like remember that it happened and I'll get oh my gosh are you

okay or you are what's going on I am really not that broken I'm more surprised than anything

it was just a weird experience to walk outside and your car is like gone.

It's like as if a wall had been removed from your house. It's such a big object. And of course you know that it moves because you drive in it.

But to see it move without your command and sort of without your knowing is just a

surreal sort of experience and then you have to like contact

insurance and all of that stuff so all of that is underway but I have you might say

a certain degree of privilege in that I was already kind of walking everywhere and walking is actually really good for my work, you know, the great poets and writers of many generations have gone on long walks,

words worth that the romantic poets, I think Nietzsche did this a lot when he was

writing some of his best work.

So walking is actually good for me and I've basically been walking everywhere, which might be part of

why my car got stolen because it was not being used all that much so people might have seen that it was

staying around in one place. I don't know. Anyway, I'm really not all that upset about it. And by the way,

just life hack. Go on walks if you can. I know that some people have to drive for their job. Like I say, I have the privilege of not having to all that much, but if you walk to places major major life hack so that's

one reason why I'm not all that broken up about it the other thing is that luckily

my insurance covers lift an Uber until the police report is sort of finalized and all that.

And so I've been taking a lot of ridechairs around to various places when I don't have time to go on walks.
