So how did you turn your existing skill set into what is now this flourishing personal finance-based

business? So in my previous career, I was managing $2.5 million a year. I know how to distribute

money across different departments. I also have the skill of teaching people. That's when I start

looking into, what can I do for you? I was used

to being in front of an audience. And so I just started thinking, write down all of the things that

you were doing. And I said, okay, I have skills of marketing. I know how to manage revenue. I know

how to create a business plan. I just wrote down the skills that I already had.

And then I said, how can I convert this into my business model? Then I said, okay, can I become a coach

where I'm teaching people how to create wealth beyond budgeting and debt? And I said, yes,

checkmark. Can I put myself out there as a speaker?

And then I started looking at can I create a marketing plan?

Like, how can I use the skills that I already have, really using the power of reinvention?

Like, I already have this skill set.

I already know how to engage in audience.

I already know how to make people feel comfortable with any topic.

And now I love talking about money, right?

So how can I use the skill of how can I teach that to people and then get pay more money?

And for me, that was a no-brainer.
