And I remember just driving down the freeway and I started crying again because I'm like, there's no way I just got this lease and now you're telling me I can even sell food. Again, this comes with like what being an entrepreneur is. My brain was like, I guess this is it. I gotta tell everyone I'm closing it down. I don't know what it's gonna cost me to get out of the, but I guess I got to do it. And my brain was like, no, Lucy, what else can you sell? It's not like you have an empty room. There is a facility there. There's sinks. There's benches. There's everything you need. And I'm like, oh, we're doing a Mexican cafe. There's coffee shops all over the world in L.A., but there's not that many that represent our culture. We're going to start selling

talaver, we're going to start selling pan d'holt, whatever. We're doing this. And again,

it went back to creating a space for the community. And then, ever since then, we changed the concept

where we used to sell

tacos. I still kept the just running solo stand since in LA is like something that people do.

I was like, might as well do it. And then the brick and mortar ended up turning into a cafe.

It is the art of pivoting. That is entrepreneurship.
