good today. So I want to come on here and talk about the whole Naya Rivera situation.

There has been an update and I'm definitely not feeling it, okay. It's been reported that

Naya Rivera's son, okay. This kid is five. He's now filing a wrongful death lawsuit

in the death of his mother. So of course you guys are thinking how the hell can a five-year-old

file anything? Well, with the help of his daddy, okay. So his father, so Josie's father Ryan Dorsey

and that's who Naya Rivera was married to between the years of 2014 to 2018. He basically submitted

paperwork on the five-year-old's behalf on Tuesday, November 17th. Josie is suing the entire county

of Ventora in California as well as the United Water Conservation District and the county parks and

recuations manager for wrongful death and negligent inflection of emotional distress. Also in the

complaint, they're alleging that Naya's death was preventable and that the both that she and

Josie rented from Lake Pyrrhus did not comply with the U.S. Coast Guard safety standards. So I want
