Before we share our before I share our interview with Will, I did want to share a small piece

of feedback that just left me thinking all the positive thoughts.

We got an email from Elizabeth and she said, I agree with your comments on individual work

and kindness.

Yesterday at the post office, I was feeling grouchy and general and angry about the president

specifically.

So I tried to ground myself in the moment by focusing on the good and the other people

waiting in line.

The good I could do by holding the door open, smiling, and wishing a nice day to the people

leaving as I entered, as well as the good and the young man in a wheelchair who waved

two people ahead of him before mailing his own packages.
