We always commence by praising Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala

He is the Creator, Narisha, Cherishya, Sastana, Provider, Protector, Kiora

The one in absolute control of every aspect of existence

And we ask Him really to bless us and to grant us goodness to protect us

He is indeed the one whom we declare the praise of

The one whom we will return to, the one whom we definitely have lots of hope regarding

And the one whom we fear at the same time

We ask Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to accept the few words of praise that we utter

And to accept the acts of worship that we engage in for His sake

And at the same time we ask Him to forgive our shortcomings

And we ask Him to forgive us wherever we have perhaps veered off the straight path

And at the same time we ask Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to send blessings and salutations upon Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam

His entire household, all His companions, all those who struggled and strove through the years in generations

In a way that today this deen has come to us

And we ask Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to accept it from us and to make us from amongst those who can light our torches and candles

And inshallah convey the message at least to our offspring and to the coming generations

And may he be pleased with us, I mean

Brothers and sisters in Islam, it brings a smile to the face, to see one and all, alhamdulillah

This beautiful blessed city of Dusbury, they sometimes call it Sharif, they add the word Sharif next to it

The reason is it is blessed

And I believe that the entire globe is Sharif as well
