Look at the situation, let your heart really engage with what this person is struggling

with, and pray for them.

Pray for the Lord to provide generous people to meet their need, and if the Lord guides

you to be a part of that, please be obedient and help us meet the needs of others in the

body of Christ who find themselves in desperate situations.

Alright, today we're going to look at Proverbs 16, 5 different verses, verses 21, 23,

24, 27, and 28.

This is around the topic of the power our words have in the lives of others.

Let's look at these, verse 21, the wise of heart is called discerning and sweetness of

speech increases persuasiveness.

Verse 23, the heart of the wise makes his speech do judicious and adds persuasiveness to

his lips.

Verse 24, gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.

Verse 27, a worthless man plots evil and his speech is like a scorching fire.

Then verse 28, a dishonest man spreads strife and a whisperer separates close friends.
