And now I have some time to go reflect and study and, you know, get my mind right. So I got my body right. and then I can go get my mind right for the day and be in the best position to help people throughout the day because, you know, I got myself right and then I can help help others. |

2:08.3 | body the oxygen that it needs and kind of clear your mind and stuff like that throughout the day, |
