Hi everyone. Welcome back to another episode of the podcast. Today we will be answering

voicemails, but I have a lot of updates for you guys to start with. And for those of you who are

new to the podcast, in the beginning, I like to start off each podcast with updates that pertain

to any past episodes or something that's posted on Instagram. This is my opportunity to correct

any misinformation or give you guys more information on topics that were requested once you listen

to a podcast episode or a lot of times a listener will listen to a podcast episode and then

write in with more information they know about something. So I just wanted to clarify what the

updates were because I know I'm always like updates, but I never really took the time

to articulate why I'm giving you guys updates. So for the first update, I'm very happy to report.
