0:05.3	newsletter is going to be your troubled past doesn't have to equal your future. So I've got an email
0:12.8	success story and this particular guy's been following me for about 10 months. He's from the
0:18.2	land down under. And he comes as he puts it from a dysfunctional family.
0:24.4	He said when they were really young, I think he was four or five, I think he said.
0:29.4	His parents became homeless and then they end up him and his siblings got split up and, in essence,
0:36.3	given to a bunch of different relatives.
0:38.3	All of his siblings have had problems with drug and alcohol.
0:42.3	And it's just kind of been a train wreck.
0:45.3	And so when you look at this guy's life on paper, you can say,
0:48.3	wow, he's got everything stacked against him.
0:52.3	It wouldn't be surprising if he just turned out to be a total loser and never
0:58.5	amounted to anything. Well, about 10 months ago, he had a bad breakup and obviously that led him
1:05.1	to my work, 3% man, the first book. And so he's been studying the things that I teach and he's completely
1:12.9	turned his life around and it's a cool success story and it just illustrates it I mean I have guys
1:20.3	in their 70s that I work with that for whatever reason maybe their spouse passed away or they got
1:26.6	a divorce and these guys are out there
1:29.1	grinding still trying to make their lives the way they want them to be taking care of their body
1:34.6	trying to live as long and as full of a life as possible because the reality is is I've shared this
1:42.7	in other videos in the past, they had a doctor
1:44.8	friend who was a cardiologist.
1:47.3	And for whatever reason, it's like when people come to them, usually they've had strokes
