0:23.8	Now what do I mean by you create your own reality?
0:26.6	Well what channel are you tuning into every single day?

0:31.8	If I go in and I go to, I always think of when I think of this, I think of like an old

0:36.0	Remember the TV is used to be able to turn the knobs for some of you older people, for you
0:38.9	young bucks you may have never seen these, but there used to be TVs where you could turn
0:42.0	the knob and it would click from one station to another, right?
0:45.6	And whatever station you tune into, you're going to pick up that station, right?
0:50.1	So if I want to tune into, you know, like I'll just use this as an example.
0:54.3	If I want to turn into Fox News, I can go to that channel.
0:57.6	But if I want to go to CNN, I can go to that channel.
1:00.6	If I want to go to ESPN, I can go to that channel.
1:03.5	I want you to realize that at every moment in time, no matter what's going on in your
1:07.9	life, you are tuning in to some channel and you are actually in charge of what channel
1:16.1	you're tuning into.
1:18.4	Now this for some of you guys is going to be like, yeah, no shit, that makes a lot of
1:22.0	sense.
