I journal a lot and I've been doing a lot more this year.

So I go to this exercise every morning and I think that the best way to kind of answer

more than it, it has in my lifetime where we've probably been more aware of our own mortality

And so I think what I'm most thankful for is that I've got two parents who are on the

front lines of the COVID response.

You know, my mom's a nurse who runs COVID testing for New York City hospitals and my

dad runs testing for part of city MD in New York City and knock on wood.

They've both been healthy so far.

And I don't take that for granted at all because I've had a lot of friends who've lost loved

ones and I've lost some people that are close to me.
