Keith is currently out of the office and unable to record, so I am going to be filling in today.

My name is Luke Simon. I'm an avid TMBT listener, and I'm excited to be your guest host.

So let's get started.

0:25.1

Sometimes it feels like I am my greatest enemy.

0:28.2

It's amazing how good I am at self-sabotage.
