incredible story I mean unbelievable story from what that guy came from

being a foster child basically his entire childhood being adopted when he was

14 years old didn't even play football until he was 14 years

old and then became a professional football player playing for the Steelers.

I mean, dude, it was just amazing, right? And I so appreciate him coming on our show, talking about

fatherhood, talking about his view on life, everything that he's doing, his mentality, and that's what really inspired this week's five minute

know I'd like to tell some stories within these a short podcast but I got to tell you I

mean as most of you guys kind of know my story I mean I kind of came from a bit of a chaotic childhood

I didn't know my biological father I met him briefly you know when I was 12 years old

I then had a relationship with him finally when I was 12 years old. I then had a relationship with him. Finally, when I was 30, which was 11 years ago, but my mom had these

relationships, right, when I was a kid. She was married three times, you know, every guy in between

the marriages was just sort of a nightmare, right? Which made, without getting into a whole lot of detail
