1:13.0	from the very beginning, if you want to do great things, if you want to build an extraordinary
1:21.7	life, if you're here to lead, to impact, and to win, you must expect excellence from yourself.
1:32.4	And I'm not talking about sometimes. I'm not talking about when it's convenient. I'm not
1:37.0	talking about when it's easy. I'm not talking about when things go your way. Always.
1:42.2	You must expect excellence from yourself. So expectations is like the root of
1:51.4	excellence. What you expect from yourself sets the ceiling of your potential. I want you guys
1:59.4	to really think about that. So like if you only
2:01.6	expect to go to a certain level, that's your ceiling. If you only expect to earn a certain
2:06.8	amount that you're sealing. If you, you know, only expect to grow to a certain level this year,
2:12.5	that's your ceiling. Okay. What I want to like repeat that because it's actually really good.
