Hi Lisa, thanks a lot for coming on the podcast. Thank you, Simon. I am really pleased to be here with you today. So I wanted

to talk to you about your book. It's called Your Soul Has a Plan, Awakened to Your Life Purpose

Through the Akashic Records. It's a fascinating thing, the Akashic Records.

And it always brings to mind for me like a huge library.

But I suppose where they actually exist, it's something just energetic.

It's not like it's a library with tons of books in it.

No, you're right. Although, you know, I actually find for, you know, most of us humans,

we like to imagine something that we can kind of wrap our mind around, right?

So what the Akashic records are is an energetic recording of your soul's journey throughout all time,

space continuum.

So that's not as easy to wrap your mind around, is imagining that you are so ancient,

that you have a whole library all to yourself that is filled with thousands and thousands and thousands of books which all talk about who and what you've been and done and where you've been and done it and so most most of us in this, you know, Earth plane live many hundreds

of lives, like 600, 700, 800 lifetimes, which I think for many people is kind of an appalling
