Hey everyone, welcome to episode number five. My name is Theresa Shants and I'm so excited you here today.

In this episode I'm going to talk about your solo journey.

Hands Solo's Journey, yes, Hans Solo. solo journey, hands solo,

yes, hands solo, the three loyalties and the 3d's drive, determination,

and damn sexiness.

Yes, damn sexiness, So if those things sound exciting to you, please listen on.

The first thing is about your solo journey. So what does that mean solo journey?

Well, we all came in alone and at the end we're all going to go out alone

Now while we're here we need to interact with others for our soul's growth and

Believe it or not a lot of those connections and timings and placements

you set up prior to getting in here.

I mean, have you ever noticed that people have come into your life and out of your life

at the right timing and placement?

There's no coincidence.

It's something that you've already set up prior to coming in here.

While we're here on our solo journey, there's something called the three loyalties, which I learned at the

way Showers College in my spiritual training. The first loyalty is to our self, our needs. The second loyalty is to the others around you and the third loyalty is to the bigger picture.

So putting those into perspective, I think about like say when we're on an airplane they give us a safety briefing and the air mass

they talk about when they drop you're supposed to put on your air mass first

before you're helping anyone around you well that's like the first loyalty my needs so when that air mask drops I need to put my air mask on so I can get air and then I can help the people next to me, my family, my children, that's the others around me, my second loyalty. And then there's

the bigger picture of the third loyalty. Everyone else on the airplane, making sure everyone else

is good. But the bottom line is really getting your first loyalty down your needs and I know for myself this was challenging for many years
