Why do you think religious identity feels more like a cage than freedom for most people, at least for me?

That's a great question. I think it has, there's multiple factors there.

I'll just share two that come to me right off the bat.

And the first one is that because there are a lot of very strong belief systems that are, that accompany religious, you know, sex or religious beliefs.

And those belief systems tend to be limiting on our true nature.

They're not actually aligned with who we really are.

And they're very strong.

And because there's such a, there's a group of people that are believing in, that group could be very large and it could go back thousands of years.

Then there's a lot of baggage around that belief, a lot of baggage around the thoughts themselves.
