And I feel like that is a big part of racism. It ties you out so much that you just kind of give up. And I just want us to find the energy to not stop and give it to each other and encourage each other and help each other as we can as well. Because this is a fight we can't afford to stop.

Don't think the world the whole world is going upside down and things are happening that it kind of means that you can't feel happiness. You can't feel joy. If it's your birthday, if it's your graduation, if you're getting married, if you're getting good dick, you're getting good bumps, anything in your life that is bringing you joy, do not feel like you have to shut up about it. You do not feel like you cannot celebrate you and genuinely feel joy. I understand that it's hard, but please don't feel guilty about your joy.

So people are asking you how you are, you are allowed to be like, I'm good.

And it doesn't mean you are neglecting or you don't care about what's happening right now.

But please understand that in even overcoming this, you need to experience your joy and you need to feel your happiness. We cannot live in a state of trauma and sadness all of our lives, okay? Because again, sadness and trauma tires us out. They feel your joy. And can I just say to the non-black people, don't go asking your friends. I'm the only white, the only black person that you know, oh, so can you, can you sit down and talk to me about, like, slavery and, no, absolutely not. There's Google, there's YouTube, there's books, there's so many different kind of resources that you can go to to get all of this information. Like, no, that is not it. Educate yourself on your own and start educating other people, but please don't be doing that because. And also stop fucking watching slave movies so you can distant yourself from it, well, like you can't.
