Thank you. My problem is that there's a girl I work with and a close friend of mine who I know had problems with her eating habits before because she's very open about this. But my friends and I have realized that although she goes on and on about how much she eats, we never actually see her eat any other things she says she does.

Earlier on in the year, one of our friends moved in with her and she told us the same thing.

She never sees her eat anything, only green tea and fruit.

Having had an eating disorder before myself, I want to say something.

But do I?

Do I say something to help her in some way?

But I don't want to offend her or make her feel bad about herself. What should I do? I don't want to see her get any worse because she's so skinny and it makes me so worried. Thanks for reading.
