0:27.7	episodes. I've questioned an answer episode. Got an email from a listener who said,
0:33.1	I've been listening to you guys for a really long time and I always skipped over your Q&A's
0:37.6	because I thought anyone here from other people. I just want to hear from Deb and Samantha.
0:42.1	And she said, but finally I listened to every episode you guys had and I had to listen to the Q&A
0:47.8	and she said, and now these are my favorite. Okay, our first one says, hello to two of the brightest
0:54.3	beacons of light in my life. Oh, thank you for that. Thank you both for all that you do for this
0:59.4	community that makes me feel at home and like I'm not a total weirdo. My question is, do you have
1:04.8	any recommendations for coping with the loneliness of the first part of the awakening journey and for
1:10.4	grieving the lost relationships that needed to end in order for you to continue down your true path.
1:15.8	As a result of meditation therapy and studying my chakras, I decided to end in almost six year
1:21.3	long relationship. I know I did the right thing, but the pain from this hurt is so bad and I feel so
1:28.4	alone. I'm the first to wake up in my family and amongst my friends. So I often say I meditate
1:33.8	a prayer and ask for help from positive energies for me to find my people. I'm trying to be patient,
1:39.0	but this part really hurts. I think this is one of the most difficult steps in the spiritual awakening
1:48.0	journey is this feeling of loneliness, especially when it involves relationships ending and falling
1:52.8	apart. And I think from a, you know, cognitive in your head mindset, you can rationalize and get it,
1:59.6	like, oh, that's part of the journey of growing and evolving. Blah, blah, blah. But in your heart,
2:04.0	it just hurts and it feels like crap. And the only thing I can recommend is that you be patient with
2:09.8	yourself as you go through this, allow yourself to feel all of these feelings as difficult as they are
2:15.2	because the quicker, what I want to say, the quicker, but the more fully you allow yourself to feel
