Well, it turns out that the builders now are reporting the best numbers since 2008, I think

it was.

So in other words, this housing recovery is not just here.

This housing recovery has already started and it is in full steam and it's going to be

incredible and it's going to last seven to ten years. Make sure you are in the right place mentally,

you are in the right place psychologically in terms of your mindset so that you can be in the right

place financially over the next seven to ten years as you gain from all this incredible

opportunity that's in front of us to help others and make a ton of money.

So today's radio show is going to focus on the concept of double-ending your listings.
