Obviously there is a certain expectation when you use FBA, but with third party logistics centres it's easy to expect the standard to be less. We want to make sure you're happy

We're here to tell you that the way we operate is actually no different to the standards set and upheld at Amazon's own fulfilment centres.

When you're entrusting your products to a company you want to make sure that your expectations are being met and you're getting the right facility for you and your business vision. Ensuring you are happy and confident in the services we provide is essential to us, so hopefully this gives you a better idea as to what goes on at our warehouses.

0:10.9	And today what I want to talk about is our warehouse actually and making sure that you can
0:16.3	visualize what that picture looks like when you bring stock here because you want to make sure that when you're working with a third party 3PL facility like ours you want to make sure that you're getting the right facility for you and that product journey needs to be really really succinct with your alignment and your visions and your where you're looking to take your
0:38.0	business as well and I think that for a lot of our clients they use our warehouse in different
0:43.6	ways but I would say the average client uses us you know they get a shipment they've got a container
0:50.2	and they ship the container from China or wherever the goods are made directly into us here.
0:56.5	Now, what then happens is that container is unloaded.
0:59.7	Now, depending on whether it's boxes or it's floor loaded or whether it's or palletized,
1:04.4	here we can unload that.
1:06.1	Obviously, all the goods then get checked in as they come through, palletized or all loaded.
1:10.7	And your goods, whether they come in a container, as they come through, panatized or loaded.
1:10.9	And your goods, whether they come in a container,
1:13.6	whether they come in one box,
1:15.3	or whether it comes in a palette.
1:16.4	However that comes, your goods when they arrive here
1:19.4	are gonna be checked in, put on a cage or on a pallet,
1:22.1	put in the docking bay, goods are then checked in.
1:25.1	You'll then get those goods checked in
1:27.0	and seen on your portal where you store your goods.
1:31.3	So the portal is then going to have that information. You then got that portal, you can see all the goods checked in.
