Good morning, everyone, and welcome back to another mornings with the Masters.

We're going to devote ourselves to the Lord, daily with you.

It is a good morning indeed as we are rounding out with day three of our The Power of Morning

Prayer, Devotional and the Bible app.

And as always, I'm going to read the scripture then,

towards going to pick up with the Devo.

Let's do it.

The scripture is Matthew, chapter six, verse six, and it says this,

but when you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you,

and pray to your father in private.

Then your father, who sees everything, will reward you.

The Devotional says this, waking up early in the morning for prayer is a sacrifice.

It involves battling with the blankets and beating the laziness.

If you want to have a fire on the altar, you must offer a sacrifice.

Cory Russell uses the example of Abraham who offered the sacrifice very early in the morning.

And Jesus would wake up before everybody else, go to the desert and spend time with his father.

There are many other examples of biblical personalities who use their early mornings to seek the

Lord's face. This is not a habit I want to impose on you, but I would like to challenge you to

develop the habit of early morning prayer. I understand that many believers have a fluid
