Sajah Popham is the author of Evolutionary Herbalism and the founder of the School of Evolutionary Herbalism, where he trains herbalists in a holistic system of plant medicine that encompasses clinical Western herbalism, medical astrology, Ayurveda, and spagyric alchemy.

His mission is to develop a comprehensive approach that balances the science and spirituality of plant medicine, focusing on using plants to heal and rejuvenate the body, clarify the mind, open the heart, and support the development of the soul. This is only achieved through understanding and working with the chemical, energetic, and spiritual properties of the plants. 1:10.2	You know, I love the analogy of the plant path in terms of
1:15.7	the life of an herbalist, you know, it's kind of this, it's kind of a metaphor, but it's also kind of not.
1:23.2	It's also kind of literal, right? In that our lives as herbalists is traversing the landscapes of the earth,
1:32.2	the mountains and the fields and the forests and the valleys and the deserts and the rainforests
1:37.8	and, you know, wandering through these pathways of the earth and collecting medicine along the way and we gather plants and we learn
1:47.7	the plants and we make medicine from the plants and we heal ourselves along the way and and you
1:54.8	know our for some that healing reaches a point where we can't keep everything that we've learned
2:03.0	to ourselves anymore right that it's not just about us that it's about helping other people
2:08.8	and that all that medicine that we've gathered now becomes something that we offer to the
