Summary

You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need to be perfect to be worthy of love. Michael offers a gentle reminder that your imperfections aren't flaws to fix—they're part of your humanity to embrace. Learn three practices to help you release perfectionism and find peace in being beautifully, messily human. Plus, a meditation to help you offer yourself the same grace you'd give a dear friend. -- Follow Michael Galyon Instagram: @michael.galyon | @lettingitsettle Website: https://www.michaelgalyon.com/ Email: connect@michaelgalyon.com Making This Show Possible:  We are proud to be an ad-free podcast!
