Rapping up things for what has been a very interesting year.

It's a good time to just pause and slow down and to reflect and teach in my program and

be able to mind a practice called recapitulation.

We'll do a short version here.

So we're going to recapitulate our year.

Take yourself back now in your mind's eye using your visualization skills to the first week

in January of 2022.

What was your self-concept then?

Coming off of the holidays in 2021, the tumultuous Christmas and New Year's season, all

the craziness around shopping and the commercialism and the holidays and the family, and now

it's January.

You have all sorts of aspirations and goals for the year.

You even have New Year's resolutions and maybe you've even launched into a cleanse

or some sort of challenge.

What was your sense of self like then?

As you looked into the first quarter now having it in the rear of your mirror, what were

the major challenges and obstacles that you endured and overcame and what did you learn

from them?

The first quarter starts out slow, then suddenly it's behind us.

And yet we've changed.

Some things have remade the same, the one main thing has remained the same.
