Your biggest asset isn't your network, isn't your bank account, isn't your education,

0:16.6

it isn't anything you've collected along the way that's been helpful and wonderful,

0:21.1

although those things all are wonderful. Your biggest asset is always without exception going to be your

0:30.2

focus. Because you can be the most talented, connected, brilliant person ever. But if you have

0:36.4

very scattered focus, focus that's one place, one day,

0:40.1

1:45.8

we count this, we count that, we count macros, we count protein, we like certain designers,

1:50.5

we would never wear other designers, I mean, come on, we are fussy about what we put in our homes,

1:55.9

on our bodies, in our bodies. But when it comes to our focus, we can just sit and scroll for hours and think

2:02.1

nothing of that. Or we can just watch trash that, oh my gosh, look, I love a TV show like

2:07.9

anybody else, but we can watch things just to pass the time, allow ourselves to just get

2:12.4

sucked into a distraction that adds nothing to our life experience. Now, this isn't to say, don't rest,
