That's the biggest thing I work with clients with a lot is, you know, they start this side hustle and people come up to you and they're like, what do you do? And they're like, oh, you know, I do coding and then I do some real estate on the side. I'm like, no, you need to start switching that. Start introducing yourself as a real estate investor and you do some coding on the side, right? Because that starts to get you into the mindset of being the business owner, being the real estate guy or girl. And that's what starts to help you being consistent

The biggest mistake that I see is they go to the wrong people for advice.

The people that have never done the thing that they're looking to do are often friends, family members, co-workers, and those folks, they tend to go to for advice. And unfortunately, those people

have never done the thing they're looking to do. And so they talk them out of pursuing their dreams.

They talk them out of taking risks, doing the actual thing. And so a lot of people never get

started because of that. I always say, stop listening to people closest to you and start listening to people

closest to your goals.

It's the quickest way to improve your life.

Their friends or their family, their intentions are pure.
