Because a lot of people, maybe you, I know myself in the past, we feel lost.

Like we're doing things, we're trying to achieve goals.

Maybe you're trying to make more money, get a better job, or a better career, learn to

speak English fluently, lose weight, get stronger, get a black belt in jujitsu, whatever,

right?

We've got all these goals, right?

All these very specific goals in life.

And sometimes we get those goals, we achieve them, but then we actually don't feel much

happier.

Maybe we're a little excited, we're happy for a short time.
