in and of itself. I am so grateful to share a couple of things today that I think are really

important. I am writing my book. I have been writing this book since 2022. Some of you have the process,

the book that I wrote in 2018, the process of being an entrepreneur, which in short is that

we are doers, feelers, and knowers all simultaneously. So if you think of yourself as a doer,

you're going to get stuff done. That's beautiful because

you're going to move through doubt, through the dopamine receptors, and you're going to take action

and you're going to push yourself. That's how my journey began. And I still have that today.

I freeze. I don't know what I'm going to do. I can't decide. I just take action. I move in some direction.

Sometimes at the gym, sometimes on a walk. Doing starts the momentum. But some of us do too much.

And then all of a sudden we get burnout. And you have all followed this journey in some way, if you listen to this podcast.

Adrenal dysfunction. Hip dysfunction. lower back dysfunction, fatigue, hormone
