0:59.7	codeine are extremely powerful and they're very widely used.
1:03.0	But new research shows that they quite literally have a nasty sting in the tail because they appear to cause chronic pain in their own right.

1:15.0	So the opioids do work exceptionally well for acute pain
1:18.3	when they're initially being administered.
1:20.6	Their effect actually diminishes over time, so it means you need to take more
