There's three basic elements that you can manipulate to swing faster.

Number one is how much force you can create, so that's just how strong you are.

You can get to a point where you're strong enough and getting much stronger than that is not going to necessarily translate to more club head speed.

But if they don't deadlift at least one and a half times their body weight, they seem to have back pain.

All the ones that deadlift over one and a half times body weight don't have back pain. The second one is in distance, so that's most people call mobility in golf. So how far can he turn? We see this in senior golf. We lose the ability to turn as far, so we lose distance. As we get older, we tend to lose that mobility. Bryson, this would be the other piece for him,

is he maintaining as much of that mobility as humanly possible? And then you have the final piece
