Hello, my friends. How are you? Welcome back to another episode of Level Up with Debbie Neal. I first want to just start off by letting you guys know how grateful I am. If you don't know, I have launched my first leadership book. It was a labor of love and I'm really excited about it. So for all of you who already have your copy of level up your leadership,

thank you. I'm so excited to hear the things that you love about the book. And I also want to say,

you know, I'm somebody who values reviews so much. And I'm realizing now that like I wrote a book,

how important it is to write reviews. So if you love the book,

it would mean the world if you went on to Amazon. That's where you could buy the book,

write a written review and give it five stars. And for all of you that didn't know that I wrote a book

or haven't ordered it yet, it would mean the world to me if you went on Amazon and ordered level up your leadership.

Here's what I love about leadership. It's like I wrote that book to bless as many people as we can

with the gift of leadership and grow our leadership. But the bigger we become, we just have that

ripple effect in the world. And also like as you purchase it and write good reviews, it's kind of like getting

the algorithms out so the book could just touch and bless more people. So I just want to start off

with extreme gratitude for that. So I'm really grateful that you're here today. As always,

my goal with this episode is that it has the power to shift something inside of you. We don't know when we're going to have that shift, that aha moment. And most of the time, when you're listening to personal growth, you're reading personal growth, a lot of stuff is not new, but we don't know how we're going to show up that day. And all of a a sudden maybe you've heard a form of this at some

other point and it didn't land with you and maybe today you could be like wow this is exactly what

I needed like I'm literally ready to level up because my goal is to never motivate you my goal is

to always inspire something inside of you to be more because I believe that there comes a moment in every single person's life

when your future, when your future is no longer waiting on more information. Like sometimes

we're craving. We think we just need more. We need more training. We need more information. We need

more this. It's really waiting on one brave decision. You know, I've used the word decision. I don't even
