Tip: Not all coaches are the same. Most are 'fake coaches'. Here are the suggested questions to use when evaluating a real estate coach: 1) Have they ever sold real estate? 2) Did they sell 100+ homes in a year? 3) Did they sell 100+ homes for at least 5 years in a row? 4) If they are professing to be a coach, have they personally provided at least 10,000 paid 1:1 coaching calls? Bottom line, be incredibly critical of who you listen to for advice about your real estate business. ONE tiny mistep can set you in the wrong direction. 3. Don't join a team. That is a half measure. Do learn how to be the best version of yourself as a real estate sales professional. Learn how to be a listing agent NOW.
