My name, Chris Sweeney. We know that bit.

I come to you today for those on video looking a little bit like, just only a little, like the milk tray man.

Because I'm wearing a black jumper and my hair is looking very grey, because it is grey.

Bringing you a box of chocolates. That's why I'm here. I'm here to give you a lovely box of chocolates and I'm just prising open the inbox to have a little dive in.

I've been away. I've been in Amsterdam. I went with my husband. Amsterdam, very liberal city.

A whole place everyone smokes weed everywhere. Never been my poison. It's not a smell I like, but it's everywhere.

And it's so basically I, you know, press stop when it gets to TMI listeners, but, you know, I've had bloody gastroenteritis.

I don't know if you've ever had that, people. All I'm going to say is fireworks.

And I did a bit of a stupid thing because I thought it was going to be a 24-hour thing, right? Because I have had it before. I've had food poisoning for 24 hours. And it's very similar to food poisoning. And we'd booked this trip. And I was like, I'm not wasting my money. So I hold myself onto the train to go on this trip thinking by the time I got there, it would be over. No, I was in bed for the whole trip.

I did venture out a couple of times for a little walk during the day. All I'm going to say is

you can't be far from a loo. So it was an unusual version of a trip to Amsterdam, but nonetheless,

it's a super cool city. We actually had a really nice time. And it was beautiful weather. It was like

crisp but cold. We did do some exploring. Went to the Holocaust Museum. Gosh Chris, so cheery today. But, you know, it's really

prescient and important to reflect on history at times like these when, you know, there's a

lot going on in the world, shall we say? So the Holocaust Museum is quite interesting the way

it's set up. You go to this old school where they kept kids and kids were

rescued from this school. I don't know the full story, but anyway, that's roughly it. And they

start you on the top floor and you go down and down. The first thing you see is this

catastrophic image of lots of bodies left on a roadside to die.

They're dead people.

You kind of go, wow, if that's the first thing they're going to show me, what does this mean?
