Summary

Today's episode is all about letting go of your ego. I have a very memorable conversation with a person who just isn't willing to lower their standards when it comes to hiring. They are setting unrealistic arbitrary standards that only they can fulfill with the expectation that every employee should be able to meet their standards. We play a small game of "You've Got a Big F*ckin' Ego" in hopes of turning their mindset around.
