I have a few clients who are the owners of the company, and they often mention me about

their own employees.

The common thread is that they're the owner in the office, and their employees are usually

a good, full-generation younger than them, and they're always complaining that their employees

don't do anything on their own.

But the problem is, which the owner doesn't always realize, is that they're micromanaging.

I'm wondering if you could do a riff on owners or bosses, who don't seem to understand

that they're not permitting their employees to do work on their own.

And that's the reason why employees ask every single question.

It's because they're granted no permission to do anything.

It's a vicious cycle that these clients go through with their employees, and I'm trying

to get it through to them.

They need to like their employees, that they hired, succeed on their own with the proper

resources that the boss provides.
