You know, I think of the first thing that, well, the first thing that I, you know, after

knowing your story, you know, the first thing that I always resonate and what

inspires me is the joy that that exudes from you. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think

this summer was the 22 year anniversary of when your opportunity, your challenge, hit yourself with a spiral meningitis.

Is that correct?

Yeah, I actually, well, I didn't have spinal meningitis.

That's viral.

I had bacterial meningitis.

Yeah, I mean, it's wild to me, actually, that it's been that long.

I think it has been 22 years.

It was 1999 that I that I got hit just

blindsided by it. And I always thought it would be interesting when I've lived my life

longer as an ampute because I lost both my legs from it than before because I related to my having my legs for 20 years
