The Belgian Grand Prix is here and we are back to talk about, well, not news as such.

But we're going to be doing some crazy predictions for the second half of the season and just getting ready for more heartbreak for me.

But I feel like my heart's ready for it now, you know, so I feel like the crazy predictions, hopefully won't all be about Ferrari.

Because I'm not sure I'll be able to take it, but Katie Tommy welcome the W T F1 author, the W T F1 founder.

How are we both have you survived the summer break?

Sure have.

I was just waving a lot because I've been waving a lot in the audio podcast, so it's nice to actually know that it's going somewhere this time.

But yeah, it's been a busy summer break, but ready for some more racing.
