I grew up in nature, I grew up with fields, like I'm used to being it.

So when I'm, when I'm just outside and I'm breathing, literally crisp,

and it's like, oh my God.

There's nothing more grounding, nothing. And it's so good oh my God. There's nothing

and it's so good for your mental health,

like love being outside.
