Conversations from the Heart. I am sitting here right now feeling so much, so so much.

It's one of those days today where I was dreading actually recording this podcast just a little bit.

And sometimes I do that when I feel like I have no idea what I'm going to talk about.

I don't when I feel a little bit uninspired or like I'm having a hard time to connect sometimes.

I feel like oh I don't know what to say on the show and then sometimes I dread recording

a little bit because I don't want it to be a bad or a boring episode. But today I felt that

but for the opposite reason I was kind of dreading recording this episode because I feel so much.

I have so much moving inside. I feel a little bit overwhelmed with emotion and with stories to share

and I actually don't know where to begin and even as I'm just sitting here right now I can feel

the tears coming already. So I'm happy and grateful that I get to have this space to process and

open and that you're listening to me which is such a blessing. So thank you for being here.
